SDNP/15/02167/HOUS Installation of rear dormer 8 Mildmay Road.
Friends of Lewes had no objection to SDNP/15/00193/HOUS which included the erection of a two storey side extension and a roof conversion. However, it objects to the scale of the proposed dormer which it considers to be too wide and it does not respect the character of neighbouring buildings contrary to policy ST3 of the Lewes District Council Local Plan.

SDNP/15/02556/HOUS Demolition of detached garage and construction of a two storey timber framed building for ancillary domestic use. Tanglin Cuilfail.
The Society considers the design, which includes both a kitchen and bathroom, is inconsistent with a building that is incidental to the enjoyment of the main dwelling house. It has concerns it could become a separate dwelling and any planning permission should be subject to a condition that does not allow this.

SDNP/15/02207/FUL and SDNP/15/02208/LIS Town Hall, High Street.   Repairs and restoration and install guardrail.
SDNP/15/02396/HOUS The Old Coach House, Cuilfail.   Single storey bay extension.
SDNP/15/02407/FUL Church House, St Michael in Lewes Church, High Street.   Replace signs, improve access and drainage.
SDNP/15/02411/FUL and 02412/LIS 10-11 Priory Crescent.   Rear railings and gate.
SDNP/15/02496/HOUS 15 De Montfort Road.  Roof conversion with rooflights.
SDNP/15/02533/HOUS 7 Stewards Inn Lane.   Rooflight.
SDNP/15/02542/HOUS 52 Grange Road.   Replace chimney pots.
SDNP/15/02604/LIS 4 St James Street.   Demolish extension and erect single storey extension with terrace over.
SDNP/15/02627/LIS Land rear of 20-21 High Street.   Relocate stairs to vault.
