SDNP/16/04364/HOUS: 2 Segrave Close. Erection of a rear dormer and roof lights to front slope.
Friends of Lewes object to the scale of the proposed dormer and consider it to be an excessive development in relation to the size of the existing house. A more modest development with only one bedroom in the roof would reduce the dormer to a more proportionate scale.


The Committee examined the following applications and had no observations to make:

SDNP/16/03705/FUL 9 Juggs Close.   Single storey rear extension.
SDNP/16/04429/HOUS 20 Lansdown Place.   Replace kitchen outshot with single storey kitchen extension.
SDNP/16/04333/LIS 46 High Street. (Cheese shop).  Retain repainting of window frames and door.
SDNP/16/04345/HOUS 14A Highdown Road.   Fence.
SDNP/16/04662/LIS First floor flat, 10-11 Priory Crescent.   Internal alterations and double doors.
SDNP/16/04707/FUL The Royal British Legion, Morris Road.   Change use to residential with alterations including re-pitching lean-to roof and window/door openings.
