In her talk about geological timescales, Ruth will explain why an area in Britain has the same red sandstone as the red desert near the Equator.

Carola (right) is a local farmer, and will tell us if climate change has an impact on the farming community. Carola is an experienced farmer with a demonstrated history of working in this industry. She is also skilled in event planning and a strong research professional who graduated from Plumpton College.
